bunch of mixed herbs (sage, basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram)
extra virgin olive oil
50g grated parmesan cheese
Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth. Before using it on pasta, thin it with some of the pasta’s cooking water. The herbs should be in equal quantities so that one flavour doesn’t overpower the others. We suggest farfalle pasta, or your favourite short pasta.
