LN takes you on board the Azimut Trideck Grande: the mega yacht built by the Avigliana shipyard, with three decks, or rather, four Azimut Yachts took part in the Cannes Yachting Festival, displaying18 models, showcasing its great variety of collections

Four of the yachts presented (Azimut Grande Trideck, Azimut 68, Azimut 53, Azimut Magellano 66) were world premiers. Each of these vessels has its own ideal owner and a different way of enjoying the space on board, as well as its relationship with the sea.

Azimut Trideck Grande, the biggest yacht ever built by Azimut Yachts, with its 38 metres in length, is, not only an expression of the innovative design, style and technology skills of the shipyard, but it also has three decks that are 38 metres long.

The exterior was created by Alberto Mancini, the interior by Achille Salvagni, and the hull by Pierluigi Ausonio , bringing together a revolutionary model designed for a modern owner, looking for continual contact with the environment and who enjoys his boat socially.

The vessel’s full name is Azimut Grande Trideck + One, because it has a new and innovative “extra deck” in addition to the three traditional ones, creating the optical illusion of a waterfall of decks flowing from the Sundeck into the water. This is the Sea View Terrace, an aft floating terrace that seems to be suspended in the air two metres above the water.

This model is targeted for an owner who loves elegance as well as an informal lifestyle, fascinated by the option of using the exterior decks differently depending on the time of day.

Trideck has a very original and revolutionary layout, both in the interior and exterior, creating new spaces better suited to the needs of contemporary boat owners, more inclined to a less formal lifestyle on board, and to closer contact with the sea. All this with a gross tonnage under 300 GT and two different configurations with 5 or 6 guest cabins.

In addition to the Sea View Terrace, other spaces overlooking the sea are the Sun Area on the Sundeck, the outdoor dining area on the Upper Deck and the Beach Area. The two lounges closest to the water redesign the relationship with the ocean and provide over 60m2 overall of terraces open to the sea.

In addition, the addition of the Sea View Terrace offers the advantage of creating a Private Patio, an additional sheltered outdoor area, before entering the living space, providing intimacy even when at aft anchor.
